REM will soon be heading into it's 14th year of business. A business that wants to continue to see growth, maintain profits and customer satisfaction needs to constantly be looking at new ways to improve their processes. We complete a lot of projects every year at REM and in order to maintain that volume, we need to be very organized at what we do so things don't slip through the cracks and we don't miss deadlines.
We recently launched a new project management system (we call is project tracker) that does exactly what we need it to do. It helps us keep track of all of our customers and projects. Our team has access to see exactly who is responsible for each task and to make sure we have the capacity to schedule everything in each week that we need to accomplish.
Every website / WebWiz@rd project has an account/project manager assigned to the project to make sure everything happens on time with the quality that would make us proud and the customer happy.
Our new project tracker has a customer portal that allows our clients to login and view their concepts, add comments for revisions to the concepts, view and update their contact information, have access to important documents and view project time lines as they are adjusted.
A web design project can and should be fun. Our team does what it can to keep it fun, professional and on time.
