REM is looking for a Customer Success Manager that will super-charge our customers' experience with excellent support services.

 

What We're Looking For

  • A solid understanding of common computer programs such as those found in Microsoft Office.

  • A genuine willingness to learn our process, our tools and our philosophy and to focus on problem solving within those boundaries.

  • A desire to interact directly with customers on multiple tasks such as first level technical support and training for our software product.

  • An ability to talk confidently to team members, managers and customers.

  • An ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • A post secondary education is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Learn our products, services and philosophies to confidently help our customers troubleshoot common problems.

  • Hold training sessions in which you will demonstrate our software capabilities to new clients and teach them how to utilize our tools.

  • Listen to our customer feedback and find new ways to make customers feel great about choosing REM.

  • Test completed projects and report back any back any problems to our development team.

  • Maintain a positive spirit and embody our Guiding Principles in every interaction with our customers.

Compensation

  • $35k to $40k depending on experience, skill and accomplishments.
