For those who are not aware, the Government of Ontario passed a law called AODA.  This law has various aspects to it.  However, for companies over 50 employees, you are required to make your website compliant by the end of this year.

Non-compliance can result in fines of up to $100,000 per day or $50,000 per day for officers and directors.
