Bugs; software can (and will) be full of them from time to time. At REM, we take ownership of the solutions that we provide to our customers. Part of that undertaking involves standing behind our solutions even if something fails to meet our own strict standards.
We are trained to handle failure in a calm and calculated manner. When a bug report is filed for one of our customer's websites it is treated with a high level of priority. REM stands behind its products and services and always looks to increase the success of its customers through the success of our software. We own our mistakes just as we own our successes. If a problem is found in any area of our expertise, the brightest mind for that specific area is put to the task of unearthing the route cause of the problem and then fixing the problem so that it no longer affects the customer in any negative way.
REM owns bugs. We hunt them down and eradicate them with tried and true methods that have served us well over the years.
