I enjoy taking photos and I adore looking at photos.  I love to scrapbook and I genuinely appreciate the long term benefits of printing off my photos and preserving them.

I used to create my albums in a more traditional way using decorative paper, stickers and other embellishments but for the past 4 years I have created my albums digitally.

I thought that it would be fun to share some of my work!  You will see that each page is different in its' layout, colours, font choices and overall "feel".  I like that.  I like how each page tells a story and is designed in a way to best illustrate the day, event or moment that I am sharing.

Websites don't typically have this many variations!  And that's a good thing!

Although I love the wide assortment of pages within my albums, I think that we can all agree that websites should be more consistent across each of their pages.  That isn't to say that websites have to be boring or uninspiring - FAR FROM IT - but the main bones of a website should be consistent and the pages should share a number of elements that unify them.  These joined ideas make websites look more professional and make the content easier to read/view.
