Image Editor

I have been with REM since 2004 and have seen every iteration of the system and the modules that have evolved over time. The photo gallery module has been part of our arsenal for about 5 years and now, with the addition of the Image Editor, it has really become one of my favorite modules.

From the ability to upload multiple images at the same time to having the functionality to crop, size and add funky filters to images, it has really evolved into a great tool for just about any website!

My favourite thing about this module: The ability to both re-size and crop images directly in the editor. Without this feature clients would require third party software like Photoshop to crop their images prior to uploading them to [email protected]
Some customers that use this module: Robert Simmons Architects, Project-X Construction
Industries that are well suited for this module: Pretty much any company or not-for profit can find use for a photo editor. Many times the photos we take aren't composed properly so they may need to be cropped in order to give the proper attention to the subject of the photo. Also, the new effects features can help bring amateur photos to a whole new level!
Associated module group: Essential Suite
