News Flash

I love the News Flash module.  It is a great way to frequently add new content to your site without committing you to a great deal of time.

You can literally type 1 sentence worth of news for each News Flash and that's all you need.  If you wish to add a link to more information, then you have the option of doing that as well.

My favourite thing about this module:

I really like that the user has the ability to control when the News Flash is Activated and then when it is removed (Hidden) from the site.  This is an awesome feature as it removes the extra step and responsibility of having to remember to remove an outdated News Flash.

For example, if your company has modified hours during the holidays, you can set it to have the News Flash show up on your site on December 1 and then be removed on January 5.  You don't have to go back in to remove the News Flash when it is no longer relavent.  Awesome!
