FAQ – The most common questions consumers are asking REM

When a potential client contacts us looking for a web site or for more information on what we do, there are common questions that we are asked. Below are a few examples.

How long have you been in business?

11 years!

Are you a full service firm?

Yes, we provide everything from web design to domain name registration.

I don't have a web site but I'd like one designed. Do I pick the design I want from a list of templates?

No. Each web site we develop is custom designed to your specifications.

Do you offer support and do I have to pay extra for that?

We are proud to offer ongoing support at no extra cost to all of our clients.

Are there ongoing fees for using your services?

The only ongoing fee is for web/email hosting which you pay no matter where you choose to host your web site. More information on other costs can be found here.

I have a designer that I am working with already but they don't build web sites. Can you help?

Definitely! After we give you a quote, and you give us the go-ahead, your designer can send us the web site design files and we will look after building your site!

Is your CMS(Content Management System) easy to use?

Yes. If you can use Microsoft Word or other similar programs/editors, then you can use WebWiz@rd.

We'd love to hear from you! Contact us today to find out how we can help you!
