Get Your News(letter Module) Here!!

The way in which businesses share their “news” has changed over the past number of decades, in ways that most of us probably don’t even think about.  From articles printed in the newspaper, bulletins plastered on street posts and advertising on the radio (followed by those catchy little jingles).  From placing flyers in personal mailboxes and on car windshields, to door to door solicitation and automated phone calls.  Although some of these forms of communication are still practiced, the Internet is definitely one of the top tools that businesses use to keep in touch with the public.  And more and more consumers seek the Internet for information while on their search for….well, whatever it is they’re looking for.  Among the number of digital ways in which businesses share their news with the public, are email Newsletters.  Newsletters are a great way to keep customers up to date with what is happening within your business.

REM has created a Newsletter module that can be added to WebWiz@rd.  The Newsletter is easy for you to create and easy for you to send to those on your subscriber list.  Customers can sign up for your newsletter right on your website.  This makes it easy and convenient for everyone involved.  The Newsletter module can be added to WebWiz@rd for a one-time cost of $550*.  You can send out a Newsletter as frequently or infrequently as you wish.  Perhaps you’ll choose to send out a Newsletter once a month or perhaps you will send them out on a less scheduled basis.  Some people may ask themselves, “What am I going to say?”  Part of what makes the Newsletter so wonderful is that you can talk about anything.  Here are some ideas to get you brainstorming:

• New products or projects
• Upcoming events
• Upcoming sales and promotions
• Introducing new members of your company
• Announcing the company’s Anniversary
• Invitations to Open Houses and Seminars
• Providing statistics and/or tips of your trade

One of the other services that REM provides are custom made templates for your Newsletter, to compliment your website and/or other promotional materials.  This way you simply add your text, images and links, and you are set.  A custom template makes your newsletters look very well put together and professional.

Sending out a Newsletter by email is a very non-abrasive way to keep your customers in touch with your business.  A Newsletter can be read multiple times, subscribers can forward it to their friends and family and it is a way to remind your customers about what you offer, without interrupting them at supper!

Your Newsletters can be light-hearted, informative, creative, friendly and educational.  They are a great way to stay connected!
