Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Representative who will be responsible for prospecting and identifying potential opportunities with various sales/referral partners. We are looking for a dynamic person with a track record of sales success and the right attitude who will "fit" with our customers, partners and our team.
Major Responsibilities:
Builds a consistent pipeline of business opportunities by identifying potential new customers and partners by making outbound calls, obtaining leads and referrals.
Increases the awareness of REM Web Solutions and its products and services through prospecting and existing customers.
Creates and delivers proposals.
Provides a basic level of support and advice to customers and partners.
Solves sales related problems using learned customer service skills.
Assists in the creation and selection of marketing literature and advertisements.
Maintains a high standard of business ethics and values.
Acts as a link between the Technical Team and the prospect/customer.
Establishes and maintains the highest level of customer service by following organizational standards for service excellence and projecting a positive image in all customer interactions.
Experience:
3 - 5 years successful sales experience in the technology industry.
2 - 3 years customer service experience.
College/University degree (preferred).
A solid understanding of standard desktop applications (MS Office, Internet, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Presentation skills.
Ability to project a professional and positive image.
