Spam Filtering:
To log in to our Spam Filtering Message Centre, go to http://login.postini.com . Once logged in, you can review messages and "Deliver" any that are legitimate. Also, you can add these legitimate email to a safe sender list.
To do this, click "My Settings", and click "Approve Senders".
Then add email addresses that you wish to approve in a list format. Then click "Update Approved Senders".
To adjust your Junk Mail filter level, click on "My Settings" at the top right. Then click "Manage Junk Filters". Set the Overall Junk Filter to Normal---or somewhere in between. Can't log in to your Message Centre? Try deleting your temporary Internet files and your Cookies, close your Internet browser, and re-open it. Then try logging in to your message centre again.
- Please shut the program down, and restart your computer.
- Please click here for detailed instructions on how to set up or verify that your email settings are correct.
- Check for updates and patches on the Microsoft Updates web site. Your version of Microsoft Outlook may need updating or security patches.
-make sure the email address that they are emailing does not contain "mail." (i.e test@mail.remwebsolutions.com)
- Still having trouble? Please note: any mail that is sitting in your Webmail does contribute to your overall mail quota. (Spam, Sent Items, Deleted Items, other folders you have created)
If someone has told you that they cannot send email to you, or you've received an email stating someone has tried to email you but can't, please log in to your Webmail account and ensure that large mail is not taking up your mail quota, and that your Deleted Items folder is completely empty. (Right click on the Deleted Items folder and click "empty".) As a side note, make sure that when you delete email from your Inbox or any other folders in Webmail, you also EMPTY the deleted items folder out.
If you have checked your Webmail and you have confirmed you are not over quota, please email support@remwebsolutions.com for further assistance.
- Click the Refresh button in your browswer window.
- Still no luck? Try restarting your computer.
If you still experience problems, please contact REM Support.
