Most people are aware of how completive the web design and development industry is. In fact, a colleague of mine recently conducted market research that shows almost 600 competitors in the Waterloo Region. This is a great opportunity for me to blog and brag about some of the things that have contributed to our success over the past 11 years.

First off, with every new client, we are looking for a long-term relationship right from the start. We pride ourselves in our ability to get back to prospective clients the same day that they contact us. When they become a client, we take it to a new level by offering ongoing, no-charge support through our dedicated support team.

Another way we've been able to stay competitive is by keeping our easy-to-use solutions up to date with the latest trends and pass this new technology on to our clients.  Every WebWiz@rd client benefits from no-charge-updates to our software.

And lastly, we work hard on coming up with unique designs. Every site that our in-house design team creates is from scratch.  We take each client through a design process that ensures they end up with a website that they can be proud of and show off to everyone!
