Since 2001 REM has built over 2000 individual projects for over 1500 customers. We have a project management procedure in place that is well understood by every team member and expertly utilized by every team leader. We wrote project management software that we use for every project. It streamlines our communications, tracks our deadlines, allows customer feedback and maintains transparency between what our team is doing and where your project stands.
Every team leader is responsible for moving the project along their respective disciplines and they are all governed by our dedicated project manager that holds meetings every week for companywide status updates. We understand the pressure of getting ideas out to market quickly and accurately and we put an incredible amount of emphasis on making that happen.
